    exceptional, but like anything with motor oil, there is no right answer and you'll get a ton of opinions. I've used them for years on several vehicles. I believe they are on the top of the scale.

    This ^^. I sent Chris the Mann filter because I wanted to see how it stacked-up against OEM. Based on what I saw in the above thread, I switched to OEM. Note that they are also more cost-effective than most competitors. (I got a case of 10, including 10 drain plug washers, from a Toyota dealer through eBay for under $40.)

    They're a well-established company whose products are recommended by Amsoil, which is another reason I was surprised by Chris's findings. Thankfully (if somewhat ironically), OEM filters are available for LESS money.
