Just wanted to share with everyone I found a great deal on a Bakflip f1 tonneau cover and bak box for 06 Taco DC LB..No other local shops or online forums can beat it. If you're in the market for a cover, check out Amazon first. Dollar saved is dollar earned. I'm stoked!

Some of the online forums wanted anywhere from $830-900 plus shipping or free shipping. The local shops wanted <$900 plus tax. I also got weather-tech's digital and some AVR in-channels window visors from Amazon. I'm a happy camper. The prices just went up and apparently, they're charging tax as of now. Lucky that I didn't get charged with Ca tax.

FYI .. Bak has a minimum advertised price policy on their covers. Amazon has screwed you on your warranty.

We do not sell Amazon under any circumstance. We also do not warranty product purchased through Amazon. We have cut them off. The intention would be to try and dry them out so that they cannot continue to do what they are doing.

We need the assistance of our WD partners to limit their discounts on our line. We have been successful in getting some to comply and are putting pressure on others to do so as well. At this point, this is the only strategy that will work.

The truth is that it is not BAK that perpetuates the problem, but rather the WD’s. That said, we are doing all we can to get the problem resolved. Believe me though Scott, it’s a very difficult endeavor. In the interim, I assure you that I am on it big time!
