So I noticed this on the roof of my truck a few days ago while washing it. Any ideas on what's going on here? My basic warranty has 400 miles left and wondering if I should bother asking the dealership to address it.

looks like something with enough power to lift the paint. I don't know if that would be covered under warranty unless it's under the clear, then that would be simple, or else they may claim you spilled something on it.

I think the paint and corrosion warranty is different from the normal warranty, I think it's a bit longer like 5 years or something.
