replace spings/shocks without compressor

I'm sure others have seen this method, but thought it was for sure worth sharing again. Basically , how to replace your springs/shocks without the need of a coil compressor, much safer and faster!

great, thanks to whoever it was, I'd rather light a cigarette with a 30-06 shell in my mouth than use a cheap rented compressor and now I can get more beer for the job instead of renting cheap crap that might kill me.
