    The only thing that seems odd to me is that it has 2 owners listed on the title with only 30k miles. This doesn't necessarily mean anything, but that is something you may want to take a closer look at. Chances are, the second owner bought it from auction after it was traded in, but you may want to find more details.

    I already have the details. First owner leased it for a year and second owner thought that it could tow a loaded 30 foot trailer which soon realized it couldn't after he bought it and traded for a bigger truck.

    Hmmm, how did he know it couldn't? Did he try it? Did he damage transmission or differential while towing?

    Just playing devils advocate, trying to think of every angle. It seems like a pretty good deal otherwise.

    And the leasing makes the value of the truck lower so in other words, I could be getting a perfectly fine truck for a great deal.

    That's what I was wondering too. I have no idea if he towed it or not. I'm pretty sure I remember the dealer saying that he didn't try it. I think the second owner was dumb if he thought he could tow a 30 foot trailer. Unloaded, maybe.

    This is not a TRD Off RD, for one, on the 09-11 all the TRDs have the black crome head lights, sport seats, ATRAC, Down Hill Assist, Stability control, ect (no blanks to the left of steering wheel). This is just a plain jane, SR5 4x4 taco....sorry to rain on your parade, but don't like to see people get ripped. BTW it also doesn't have the bed decal...

    Crap. Well I guess I could keep searching. What's the diff between the full package and this one? I mean, if it still has the basics I want, it's still a good truck. Because my current truck is the plain Jane version of the sport.

    Any time I have ever purchased a used vehicle I carried it to a mechanic down the road. He charged me $25 and put it on his rack. We both looked it over real good. Very well worth $25.
