Replacing U-Joints (Any Insight would be greatly appreciated)

Have a 05 Tacoma Sport 4x4 and have started to develope the dreaded driveline vibrations when switching thru lower gears. (mostly on the upshift)
I would appreciate any input from a knowledgable source in regards to replacing the u joints. (how many are part of my drive shaft assembly. Are they all the same? and heck, a step by step how to guide would be perfect)

Put match marks between all shafts and yokes before disassembly, and reassembke the same way. This will maintain the balance. You will probably have to press out/in each cap separately, rather than all together like he did.
