How much lift do the spacers and blocks give?

Provides roughly 3" front and 2" rear. You would just need longer shocks and ubolts to complete the kit.

Ok. I'm looking for something around 2 or maybe 2.5 lift in the front.

Thats what rough country claims. I removed them for 5100s lowest setting and OME 885x coils which provide a 2.5" lift and the height was the same as the spacer.

yeah as of right now (not busy at work) I've been thinking of getting 5100's and setting them at 2.5 with stock coils. That way later I can buy coils and UCAs
