    I didn't do much yet since I had my sister from out of town come over, but from what I could understand is that you would have to purchase something to have it clip on to the factory rails. Your best bet would probably be to contact them if you're set on this rack, or look for others out there as well.

    most rack accessories will bolt on to factory racks with the correct adapter. I think Yakima and Thule sell adapters for factory toyota racks. Not quite sure about safari or baja racks. The 4runner looks great, I have been thinking about selling my integra to get a 4runner as my daily driver.
