Well here it is my build, I'd just thought I'd share with ya'll. Anyway the trucks name is Lucario, had it since I was in HS. I'll try to make this as least boring as I can. The two first pics are from HS. Then of course my friends and I would go off roading in various places here in san antonio.

Me and some of my friends now attend UTSA, you might recognize the 3rd gen, btw this is the 1604 campus, so if you see a silver flash, that might be me. I'm studying to become a mechanical engineer if I can't become a racing driver professionally. Lucky for me I have met some really cool friends from UTSA and from other toyota truck forums. On t4r.org I'm skylinegtrracer, on XRU I'm 1GRracer, on the fj forums I'm Lucario Runner.

After I saved a bit of cash I went and bought a APR X1 from APR directly and a URD fuel pump for a tacoma. After that I went out and bought some OEM sport edition headlights for my truck, I like the tinted chrome look. Having hooked up on XRU I attended a houston mod day to install my fuel pump and help install another on a XR. A lot of work but fun at the same time and had the opportunity to meet some great people. BTW thats me in the blue shirt.

Having had the K&N and OEM intakes I decided to go and FINALLY get the AFE like I should have done! Live and learn I guess. At the same time I went and bought a color keyed (limited) grill for my truck. I had painted the hatch cover myself but with this I just went out and bought it. I also purchased the doug thorley long tubes for my truck so I could finally run the F3 file (APR hot tune) for my truck. This is the redesigned header thats for the 2nd gen 1GRFE and also works with the 1st. Another plus is that I can put the o2 sensor in the collector so the X1 picks up data from ALL cylinders on each bank rather than just one. That FJ is boosted with the MK3 F1 setup. Gadget stopped by my house and talked and etc. He's a really cool guy and very knowledgeable. After the headers were installed and Lucario tuned running the F3 file I was very pleased with the results. During spring break my friends and I went to the beach. Good road trip and made some datalogs for APR at the same time.

I went back to APR to help install a X1 in another friends xr. David showed me his new compound boost setup on his xr. It was still in R&D at the moment. That Lucario chillin on door the while I was taking my skids off. I was getting ready for the track to see what I have improved on. It was going to be my first time racing at the san antonio speed way and theres a funny story to come with it. The first race looked like I was going to be by myself but then this new camaro lines up. A few moments ago his hood was up. I was like eh whatever. I wasn't to familiar with drag racing, I mostly auto x with my friends, so I went on green rather than on the third yellow. So the camaro got a better launch then me and I was like, great he got me, but not only did I keep up with him, but I PASSED him! I was also marked #1 that day and for good reason! lol It was a good day, lots of fun and learned more like good launching, go on the 3rd yellow, better shifting before I reach 6200 RPM, etc. My fastest time so far was a 14.5 in the 1/4, I'm hoping to improve on that. please ignore my friends attempt at commentary. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-_MvFx168DI

I live by sea world but the hs I attended was private and was located in the medical center of san antonio, the parents are lawyers. Didn't know them too well though, I was in football and if I remember right he was in band or something along those lines.

So now the future plans are this. A full exhaust that APR and I are working on. A side project of that is redesigned headers. A little project that I am working on by myself is a setrab engine oil cooler (EOC for short) I kinda drew my notes while I was bored in class so forgive the crude drawings and descriptions. Of course I'm addressing the brakes and suspension now. And I'm also going to make to custom tuning for race gas on N/A engines.
