Well got some more done(ish) yesterday.

This is with weight on the springs, these things have a stupid amount of droop. Shackle angle appears to be good, which is good cause that shit is burned in already.
Shot from the back, so nice seeing an axle under this bitch again. Now just need to set pinion angle and make sure it's centered and burn in the perches.

Still not sure where to put it yet. Also not sure if I should weld it in place or bolt it.

On a side not if anybody knows where to find a toy to Dana 300 adapter at a good deal let me know.

    Contemplating either this
    [IMG]
    or this
    [IMG]
For battery placement. Still not sure, did start making a dash template. Need to get some sheet metal to make it out of and make a template for the top as well.

Thanks man, might as well give an update. Really haven't worked on it in a while, haven't had anytime between work and school. Did pick up about 20 ft of 2x4 square tubing today for crossmembers and sliders.

Thanks man, I just sold the boggers I had. On the hunt for some 42-44s. Picking new/different leaves for upfront, decided to run slider boxes instead of shackles. Should order those here soon.

Had to turn them down a lil bit on a lathe the fit the hole they needed to but they fit like a glove now. Slider boxes will be here today so the front will start to get mocked up in the next two weeks. Been thinking about putting this on the back burner and doing some body armor for the Tacoma so I can wheel it at Moab next year and a few places this year.
