    It's really not hard when you have the right tools...

    My problem is im very impaciant when it comes to installing the engine back in. Thats the problem I had with my 5.0 mustang.

    I used to work at a marine shop. Boat engines are easy to take out and install.

    Cut me a little slack Randy, I have been sick the last couple of days. I had to track the bolts down to get it on the stand, Gottem from Keith yesterday. I have the engine partlly tore down. I just need to block off the intake & exhaust ports on the head & it will be ready to pressure wash after work today.

    I stayed at work through lunch & managed to spend 45 minutes getting 2 broken bolts out of the exhaust manifold. Talk about slow progress.:eek:

    Well, in all fairness there is alot to contend with here & he is prob. right about the tear down being slow. Once I get all of the problems worked out it should go back together much faster.
