I'm working on a front bumper for the 3rd gen T4R. I'm measuring a 96, but the bumper is going on a 99. Are there any differences between the mounting system to the frame or just cosmetic changes between those years?
    Thanks for the help.

The only real difference for bumpers was when they started making the fat lip bumpers on the 99's. For building purposes though there shouldn't be any differences b/c the mounts to the frame are the same.

You sure? I've seen pics of 99 and its way different than my 98. Havent had a chance to rip a stock 99-02 bumper off in my shop yet though.
