97 4Runner Hard Start. Need Help!!

    2'' coil spring spacers grey wire mod fog light mod 33'' tires
    I have a 97 4runner 3.4 v6 auto trans. Problem started about a week ago. When you let the truck sit for longer than 10 minutes it takes about 20 second for it to start. We have cleaned the throttle body, new fuel filter, air filter, and o2 sensors. With the truck off and the throttle body removed some sort of hissing noise comes from inside the intake. Sometimes also idles rough.
