Interest in Aluminum parts?

Who would be interested in body armor parts built from Aluminum? Keep in mind Aluminum is quite a bit more expensive in almost all aspects, but I'm considering looking into this as an option.

Post up your thoughts, other than the obvious manufacturing concerns revolved around welding and what not. Those operations have been greatly improved over the years.

Depends on the price really but I'd be interested to see what armor would be made

I believe Relentless will make their bumpers out of aluminum as well.

Currently shopping for a skid set in 1/4" aluminum. So how about some skids in aluminum?

Bumper is taken care of.

We can do our skid plates from Aluminum. The front would be $389. That covers from the front frame cross member to behind the front diff. If that looks like it is in your range I can get pricing from out laser shop on the trans and T-case as well. The T-case cross member would still be steel.
