2006 Tacoma Newbie Needs Help

I just bought an 06 Tacoma 4dr Prerunner and would like to upgrade my stock wheels and tires to some 16x8 Pro Comp 1069's. I found some on CL off of a jeep with 4' backspacing. I dont even know what the hell that means! Do I need to make any adjustments? Thanks for yall's help!

 

back spacing is to set the wheels further from the hubs. " Makes the wheel and tire stick out further.

it gives a great deal of information and what to look for in case of rubbing and fender clearance

 

Some Jeeps have 6 lugs but most are 5 lugs. If you have a Tacoma Prerunner, you have a 6 lug and chances are they will not fit. 4 inch backspacing should be enough to clear assuming you aren't running giant tires.
