Deck Plate mod, Knock Off Flowmaster, billet grill, alpine HU w/kicker amp and pheonix gold 12" sub stock componets
lifts and all those other options are pretty limited for our little five luggers. how hard would it be to modify so of those kits to fit?

im going to guess ur talking about A 1gen 5 lug ....... i would say its not possible to do since i havent see anyone do it and im sure by this time some one would have tried.
If its anything like the 2nd gen trucks the suspension is totally diffrent from 5lug vs 6lugs.

    what he said^

it would probably cost more to do all the fab work to make a 5 lug into a 6 lug than to just buy a 6 lug to start with.

fabtech 3" spindles, icon aal, 10" bilstein 7100 rear shocks, daystar coil spacers, AFE Pro Dry-s drop in filter, sony head unit, 2 12" pioneer subs, pioneer 6.5s all around, custom 1.25 lift shackles, custom lower ball joint brackets fabbed by me
prerunners have struts, longer and bigger spindles, offset upper arm and steering is different as well. as for the 5 lugs we have coils with seperate shocks, centered upper arms and different spindle design. the money you will spend to turn a 5 lug into a prerunner. go long travel. the 6 lug suspension is just built for a bit more abuse while th 5 lugs will break if you push it. if your trtying to get a prerunner save some cash and sell it. too much work and money to convert it. not worth it
