1st gen no yours and mine have the 7.5 ring gear prerunners and 4x4 are 8.4 and 8 and 2nd gens are all 8.4 except for the ones with the trd locker which i think are 8" also

I've been thinking about doing the same... but from what I've been gathering it seems like a waste of time and effort... Would anyone agree? Should I just get a prerunner or 4x4 or would this be a better alternative?

Would you happen to have a link for after market lockers? I have a '12 5 lugger and would like to add a locker to the auto LSD.
