Rear Gear Questions

I want to regear my 5 lug. It's a 2011 with the automatic. I'm running 31's right now but am going to up it to 33's pretty soon.

What final drive ratio do I have?
Who sells rear gears for my truck?

Even for street driving? Do they have 5 speeds or are they 4 speeds like mine?

I would contact ecgs first. See what they recommend for your truck. But i think 4.10 isnt enough for 33s

Rear gear question

Your rear gear is a 3.58 with the auto tranny, the manual tranny is a 3.31. If you want a stock power feel then go for the 4.10 as previously stated, more power go with the 4.56.

I'm also considering re-gearing. What is the trade of on getting 4.56 over 4.10's?

gear change

If you go with 4.10 you might see an increase in fuel mileage and a definite increase in power. With a 5 speed, 285/60/18 and 4.10 your RPM at 65 will be about 2200 to 2300, same setup auto trans RPM will be around 1900 to 2000. With the 4.56 you will see a power increase and the MPG could stay about the same or decrease. Same above setup 4.56 5 speed RPM will be around 2500 to 2600 and the auto would be around 2200 to 2300.
