so ive given up the hope of lifting my 5 lugger, so im just going to deal with what i have. I believe i have "tokico" shocks and struts on it right now but the ride quality of them are horrible. What suspension would i get to overall improve ride quality and what rims can fit the truck?

Couple shocks, some old tires, and a bad paint job
If you're looking for a lift Doetsch still offers their 3" spindle lift.

You can also run the older model v6 coils that will give it lift but good luck finding those.

Get some bilstein 5100s in the back. Will improve your ride immensely
