Body Lift for 5 lug

Currently deployed, I have been researching different parts and lift kits for my taco. I found one, but I wanted to be sure if it would fit. This is the one that I found:

Performance Accessories 6 inch Premium Lift System At 4wheelparts.com

Has anyone used this product? and will this fit on a 5 lug, 2009 toyota tacoma 2WD 2.7L

Preferrably less than 1.5K. I don't plan on doing any off roading unless it's to a pond or a river. Which won't be too often. It's only 2WD.

avoid the body lift and just do the spacer and aal like everyone else.

With the spacer and aal, how much of a lift will I be looking at? I love my taco, but i feel inferior to others because I look like a damn pizza delivery truck..

General consensus here is NOT to do a body lift.

Lesson learned, no body lift. I'm now looking at the Readylift SST.

Bro, you shouldn't waste any of that deployment $$$ on a 5-lug. Sell it immediately to an old guy in the neighborhood and go find a 4x4 Gen 1 Taco down there that has never seen road salt. Lift the Taco (suspension lift only), and enjoy the sweet ride.

Generally looking at 2-3" of lift with spacer and AAL. Which will look pretty good on the 5-lug with some beefier tires. No need to get any crazier than that if you arent going offroad at all.

He'll lift it and then think he can tear it up in the woods. We're talking about a guy who is used to driving humvees, fmtvs, and mraps, all vehicles which roll on huge rubber and drive over most sports cars. He might as well put in a good lift and not worry about breaking anything.
