its been a while since ive browsed the 5 lug section trying to find a way to somehow make my 5 lug more.. adequate? I wanted to fit 32's but ideally LT but that didnt happen. I bought myself a 6 lug instead and its quite different than ive imagined. I always thought it would feel quite the same since they're both single cab, 5 speed and 4 banger but they're different and not because of the 4x4. I would like to compare a lifted 5lug fitted with 31's as that would be comparable to my stock 6lug. I doubt the 5lug would be able to be as sturdy. Not bashing on the 5lug here as i believe both excel in their respective areas. 6lug wins on anything after bumpy but the 5lug is much more driftable, ideally on well paved dirt roads. now with my 4x4 fix satisfied the 5lug is taking on new ideas away from lifting. Maybe i shouldnt of sold my 1uz 240sx swap. that would of made a sick ass 5lug truck especially with LT. maybe even rally cross?
