Do 6 lug body lifts work on 5 lug frames?

I am going to get a body lift for my 5 lug ( I have already decided this is what I'm doing so please dont try and steer me away from doing so )

My current suspension:

I read that their frames are the same, just the majority of difference lies in the suspension (as far as I'm concerned).

I'm sure someone else with more knowledge will help but from what I understand they are pretty much the same, the blocks, bumper brackets and radiator brackets should be the same, the only thing that could be different is the steering extension. You should just get yours from 4crawler, roger brown makes custom tacoma body lifts
