Anyone ever tried to haul a four wheeler with their 5 lugger? How does it do? Can the tailgate withstand rolling a four wheeler up into the bed? Do the rear springs sag a lot?

    Year of your truck?

    Wt of the ATV?

Some good articles on tailgate damage prevention. Search 'Tailgate reinforcement'

Or leave the tailgate off and use ramps (assuming bed is long enough)
