I replaced my rear shocks with Bilstein 4600s. They are for the 6-lug pre-runner. But they fit. I confirmed with the dudes at 4 Wheel Parts.

Fatbob's is a better deal. you get procomp shocks for the rear end and the ride quality is great. it is alittle more stiff than stock but its what you get for installing an AAL.

Does anybody know if the Bilstein hd struts for our truck are supposed to have boots on them? 4wheel parts told me only on the rear shocks and not on the struts.

That's correct. The front struts don't come with boots. The OEM boots can be reused instead.
