anybody running 33x9.5 tires on stock gearing?

    what's it like with the skinnier tall guys? My truck still feels tourqy with 31x10.5's. considering going skinnier but taller...

    Jesus I have 29s and am considering regearing... You wanna go with 33s?

    Actually, now that I think of it, talk to Shemicals. I think he has 32s on his 2nd gen, not sure on gearing.

    I have 33's on a 98' 5 speed, no drammas...

    I know regearing is recomended but here comes a n00b question...:crapstorm: Is regearing recomended just when the tranny is auto? 5spd? both?

    Blacked out badges, weathertechs, painted grill, cut tailpipe, removed mud flaps, black head lights, red calipers, tinted tails, front and rear bilsteins are here along with fatbobs spacer and aal awaiting install, also a set of 16 inch pro comps are here and 265/75/16 dynapros

    Total Chaos, DMZ, Deaver, Sway-Away, KMC, BFG, Hella, ICOM, BTF, Glassworks, Trac Performance, Lowrance.
    I am running 33/10.5 with stock gearing and a 5 speed. I never get to use 5th gear anymore.

    regear is good for all, I plan on a regear after my 32's are on but will be doing a locker at the same time.
