I have some stock bridgestone dueller p265/65/17 tires that came stock in TRD tacomas and lexus 17" wheels that I wanted to put on my stock 5 lug tacoma. Will this fit? I measured the tire diameter is 30", I've read that you can put up to 31" tires on stock height, but my concern is will the tires be too wide?

    thanks

The tire sizing isn't a problem, that Lexus wheel may have a funky backspacing which could give you a headache.

Added another link at the bottom. I'm a little derp with wheels myself, so I'd want to get my hands on the one you want to use, bolt it on, and check for clearance issues.

I appreciate all the links you gave me :)

I checked tirerack for 17"x7.5" custom wheels, the ones for 5lug 2wd tacoma the backspacing is 5.98" with 45mm offset vs 5.63" with 35mm offset for Lexus is250....seemed to me it's really close, which I think the chance of making it work is higher than not?

I personally love the look of factory wheels vs aftermarket (unless HRE lol), plus toyota/lexus factory rims are generally much stronger.

Yeah, get them to the crib and bolt one on. OR, give a tire shop a phone call (since you'll have to get them mounted somewhere), tell them what you're planning, and let them do all of the thinking.

The numbers are close, but I couldn't say with any certainty.
