So my Dad has a '09 regular cab 5 lug base model Tacoma and I just took the TRD Sport suspension off my '12 DCSB. Would the TRD Sport Bilsteins/TRD Sport coils work on the front and for the rear use the TRD Sport Bilsteins with an AAL?

    These are the parts: Link

Hoping to lift the little truck a bit and get some bigger tires.
    Thanks for the help!

No. The front shock mounts on the 5-lug are shorter than the 6-lug. The upper control arms also sit lower on the 5 lug. As for the rear, there are different axle mounts between the 5 and 6 lug. 5 lug is spring under vs 6 lug spring over. You could use the rear shocks from the 6 lug on a 5 lug with an add a leaf, but that's it.
