    In the pre-radio-in-car days, Shelby stood on a pit wall threatening to throw a hammer through the windshields of his racing team for racing against other team members instead of following his orders to out last Ferrari.

    Yes, a True Racing Legend.

    Not just american muscle, but I don't think cars would be where they are today without Shelby's influence. The man was a genius and way ahead of his time.
