Feeler: I'm considering selling or trading my truck. Looking to upgrade to a newer Tacoma Double Cab or a Subaru WRX. I've owned this truck for 6 years and loved every minute of it. It's never let me down, but it might be time to move on.

    Located in Clinton, Iowa

    1998 Toyota Tacoma 4x4 Xtra Cab SR5
    2.7L 4cyl 5 speed
    210,000 miles
Runs like a top, full synthetic oil every 3k
OME Nitro Charger shocks front and rear, new leaf springs, new Maxxis Bighorn 31x10.5 with less than 5k miles, Alpine deck with iPod cable in glove box. Note: Sub in picture not included in sale unless we work that out.
ZERO rust on the body, light surface rust on frame thanks to my first winter in Iowa this year.
Clean and clear title in my name.
Only damage on truck is a slight ripple in driver's side quarter panel on bed, was hit by another vehicle at the gas station and I pocketed the money and fixed it myself, so it is still slightly visible. Dent popped out, but paint still shows scrape.

    Asking $6,000
Will entertain trades for 4 door Tacoma, or Subaru Impreza
My budget allows trade +$10,000 cash, so keep any offers within range.

Any other questions just let me know, I know this truck inside and out.
If you're seriously interested, PM me and I'll give you my phone number.

No longer a feeler, but would really prefer to trade rather than sell. Can't be without a vehicle.

Yep, they are allowed in South Dakota (I live in Iowa now and have already been pulled over for them twice), and in all honesty you can easily see them at night, break lights and head lights shine right through the coating. It's the best of both worlds.

Really not picky, both 1st and 2nd gen Tacos, just depends on what comes up and what I can afford. You've got a beauty on your hands there with that '01.
