Yep, AFE Pro Dry if you want a high flow filter, stock if OEM is fine for you. I went from a stock to a TRD filter to an Autozone STP filter and haven't seen a difference between the 3.

Is there a recommendation for how often you need to clean out the K&N filter?
I lost the little guide that came with it...

Clean it when it gets dirty. It will vary based on the driving conditions. If you spend a lot of time on dusty roads, you'll need to do it more frequently.

Just changing the filter won't give you any additional noise. It'll just make you feel better and, if you get a K&N, you'll get a cool sticker for the rear window to let everyone know you overpaid for an air filter.

I need clarification. I was thinking about getting a K and N filter but hearing different opinions. I hear that it cuts down on the mass air flow from one person and another says it boosts hp. (?)

x2 and if over-oiled can mess with the MAF sensor (true of any oiled filter, not a K&N issue)

get a stock one and change it when dirty,I work at a parts store and i've had people wash and oil their k&n like every oil change then end up with a oil residue on the M.A.F. ,K&N states that under normal driving you should not have to clean it for 100000 KM it filter better dirty and that is where peeps go wrong with these types of filter ,they think they're doing good but actually doing more harm.

The stock woven denso filter is $20 from the dealer, and that's less than what they charge for a fram elsewhere, so that's my vote.
