I picked up my new 2012 today . Double Cab, 4X4, Sport TRD package, towing Package, Entune Day Time Running lights.

I ordered it on 3/7/2012...it arrived yesterday with no warning or build date.
It was made in San Antonio
It has 4 leaf in the rear
Tires - Dunlop Grand Trek AT20 265/65/17. They suck and are coming off.
I still had to pay $810 destination for them to ship it to Houston and back to San Antonio. I will be writing Toyota about that.
I think the stereo sounds great, I believe the Entune package has better speakers all around including the sub.
I got it $500 over invoice and then there was a $500 rebate, so I got it at invoice.
    Financing got 1.9% through Toyota

I havent driven a 4x4 in years...but I have been studying this forum and have many mods planned in the near future. It has 200 HP less than my other car so it will take some getting used to, but I know it is going to be a great ride.

Great lookin truck. Welcome to TW.

I discovered I could plug a flash drive directly into the USB port to play music. The guys a the dealership told me it would only work with an MP3 player - Bull. No more music skipping on rough road!

I no longer play CDs either:D

I got 1.79% through Toyota Financial...told the dealership in advance I could get that rate through my credit union and if they would meet it I would finance through them, otherwise I was going to my credit union, wasn't a big deal to me either way. They made a phone call and received approval to meet the 1.79% so I went through Toyota Financial.

my low credit school was 836...they said that was more than perfect. Pen Fed had all these billboards around town for 1.9%...I just said match it or I will go with them.

For those with higher rates - check out your bank (or others) and re-fi at a lower rate. Usually get a month w/out payment, too that you can use for upgrades - or spoiling your lady friend (nah!)
    :)
My credit wasn't as good when I got my truck so I got like 7.9 I think. I refi'd a year later at 1.9 when my credit was better. Saved a few thou overall!
