steering wheel audio controls

I was under the impression that my 2012 4x4 w/ access cab has the Access Cab Convenience package. It has the remote keyless entry system, the sliding rear window and cruise control. But it doesn't have the steering wheel audio controls.
On the "Toyota Configurator" section of Toyota.com it says what's supposed to come with each package and for the Access Cab Convenience package it says that included are the slider, keyless entry, cruise control and steering wheel audio control. The base package has none of these.
On the bottom of the page it says, " This vehicle Configurator is designed to identify vehicles commonly available in your area."

I googled my vin # and the only site that would give me a shred of info without a fee said that my trim level was "base".

For those of you with the Access Cab Convenience package, do you have the steering wheel audio control or not?

 

Mine has controls. Also has the bluetooth controls. Sorry, im a little late to this thread.

 

you should have the SR-5 package, i believe you need one of the upgraded radio packages to get the steering wheel controls.

 

This was the '10 SR5 Package ...

 

I was under the impression that only the TRD packages and/or upgraded radio packages have that option...but I'm not sure.

I know my 2005 (SR5) did not have steering wheel audio controls.

 

The 2012 SR5 Package doesn't include the steering wheel controls.
