I have a minimal (less than 1/8") difference on the side to side measurements which could be caused by anything.

nothing to worry about there :) I'll only consider the spacer if it's .5" +

Update as promised: Went with 1.75 on the Bilsteins after the rear spring TSB. Truck is sitting dead level right now. No vibrations and rides ten times better than it did before. Don't think the .85 setting would have been quite enough. Hope it helps someone decide. Not a great pic, but best one I have right now.

I just found this thread & have a 2010 w/TSB done already a couple months ago. I'm finishing lunch right now & then headed to the garage to install 5100's front & rear w/the fronts set at 1.75" after reading this & a few other threads. Thanks!

Well I finally found some time to put a set of 1" blocks in the rear just to take care of the "Bro Lean" when I have something in the bed...

Thanks man, I love the pix you have in your profile, I really wish I had the nuggets to try the BHLM again (I ruined a set on my 2008 and lost all hope).
