First post after lurking for a while. Love this forum. Great info and a good vibe from taco owners.

Just leaving Toyota parts department. Was quoted $115 to get a replacement passenger front mud guard. That is highway robbery. I won't be taking my truck off road but it rains here constantly so I need at least a small guard up front.

New to tacomas so show me pics of your aftermarket setups, or point me in the direction of some cheaper oem replacements.

    Tia

AFAIK the only aftermarket flap that is custom-molded for the Tacoma and doesn't require drilling is the HuskyLiners. A used OEM one is longer, so it is more effective.

I'm glad I seen this thread so I can crap my pants on the price now rather than breaking one and having to pay for one and crap my pants later.

You can trim the oems so they don't get broken or flap backwards from hwy speeds. Husky Liner ones are good alternate to overpriced oems whether at dealer or here......wait for full set for 100 or 50 for a pr. Anything more is too much for oems. Going without could be option too depending on state laws and how much you throw shit at the bottom of your truck.
