    Morning, guys.

Hope this hasn't already been discussed elsewhere.

On my past two F-150's, I've had the Rampage LED tailgate light bar, and want to place one on my Taco. However, the trailer light connection is, I believe, a 4-way round, and the light bar has the 4-way flat plug-in.

Are our plug-ins the 4-ways round? If so, is this the type adapter I'd need for the 4-way flat plug in?

    Thanks very much!

Winch, front hitch, step bars, bed extender, bed step, gull-wing toolbox, tailgate lock, security system, cb radio, etc.
You have the right adapter, assuming it's a 7-pin round to 4-pin flat. You can pick one up most anywhere (Wal-Mart, Harbor Freight, etc). My truck came with an adapter (mainly wires with connectors), but I picked up this style adapter (easier to use) at Harbor Freight.

Thanks...hadn't thought about Wal-Mart. I haven't yet purchased the adaptor; I wanted to ask y'all which type it was (which I'm glad I did, as I was about to order/buy the 4 instead of the 7).
