Update:

there is a lot of confusion surrounding what "could" happen in the next day or so... apparantly staffers or legislators are telling folks calling in that the bill has been pulled, but folks don't have "confirmation" of that yet on publicly available sites, ...so, there is concern they could pull a draw play up the middle - i.e. word on the street is keep jamming them up thorugh Thursday - give 'em hell
