After a lot of research, I finally started my own satoshi grill. I purchased an 05 OEM chrome grill from eBay for 50 bucks. Did the fiber glass repair kit method. Here are some pics...

I bought a Dremel 3000 before the process...this thing is amazing.

I didnt take any pics during the fiber glass step. This is with the Bondo body filler sanded.

    With filler Primer..

    Painted Black(3 coats)

Clear coat added(3 light coats, 1 heavy)

I didn't tape all of the chrome surround because I am going to take it to the body shop to get it professionally painted because apparently super white is a hard color to match. I will probably be buying fitted mesh from HomerTaco:D
