Well, I got the TSB done a few months back on my 2011 dc lb sport 4x4. They have now settled in and with the 5100's on the front I now have a bad case of bro lean. I'm planning on getting a 22' scarab in a few months so the sag is only going to get worse. I'm looking at getting an AAL kit but not sure what to get. Any ideas that would raise my ass end back up and then not sag again would be greatly appreciated.

I'm running the 2" Toytec AAL (which are Deaver springs IIRC). No more sag in the back. It hasn't even settled that much and it's been over 6 months.

You might want to consider a new leaf pack if you are planning to carry a lot of weight. While I run a Toytec aal, and have had no trouble. I do not not carry a lot of weight in my bed. It seems to me, guys who have run a cap/carried consistent weight kill their aal pretty quick. Dakars seem to be a popular replacement leaf pack on TW. I assume a Scarab is a trailer?

Another common AAL kit that's about half the price of new Dakar's is a Wheeler or ICON 3 Leaf Progressive AAL.

see DSM - about 200 dollars. ask them for TW discount - I think they can do 180 or 190 which will cover both leafs.

I agree that a new leaf pack is probably the best answer to his issue, but if funds are an issue, running an AAL (Wheeler's 2 inch), and Firestone airbags is an alternative which makes the rear level unloaded and accommodates whatever loads he wants to run, when he wants to run them. The bags allow me to adjust for whatever I am doing, empty, light load or full load.

I put in a 2" Tough country AAL and it ended up giving me 3". I have loaded the truck with over 1000lbs in the bed and it didnt hit the bumpstops (at rest). Havent sagged in almost a year. Would def recc them.

cost isn't an issue. But if an AAL kit is all I'll need with a set of new shocks in the rear i'll do that. Should I get the 5100's for the rear or would the reservoir ones be better? I found them for 190 a piece. I think they're the same ones that come on the tx baja.
