    my setup. only got a pic of it with the carpet and center console out. also have cupholder lights. all of it's hooked up to a relay that triggers and turns the lights on when i have the doors open. i'm actually changing the setup pretty soon and should have a full on write up on how i do it.

    Definitely a bit "rice" for me...it's a truck after-all. I'd rather put some high-brite LEDs in the wheel wells, hookup some GoPro cameras, and present the image on a LCD display in the cab so that I can see how well my suspension works :)

    are them lights common with long enough wire or what? i want to buy some for my back seat and want to make sure the wire is long enough.. what you think?

    Extending the wire is easy, just buy some extra wire at a local store and butt-splice it or solder it

    Oh yea that was a dumb question ha but how about finding the ground that's not difficult either is it? I love doing work on my truck but electrician I am not good at.

    Generally I'll test a ground before I use it. I'll take a multi-meter and touch a positive current that is on with the positive wire on the multi-meter, and then touch the area I am going to ground with and make sure it reads 12V. Some of my grounds go to random bolts underneath the glove box, out of sight. Even my Amp ground goes to a bolt that holds down my rear seats.
