Yes, the I want swivel situation. I'll buy the bushings as well.

Thanks for the bushing number. :) still cheaper than Toyota rings.

Me too, but I wonder if the bed bolt will fit through the bushing.

yeesh - I picked up the bushings today and it looks like things may be tight to drill these out. Not much room to drill without making the bushing wall too thin. They look to be close to 1" in height too, so I am not sure if this will cause any issues. Might need to take some height off them too.

I'll size it all up tonight and post my findings.:notsure:

Even easier is just whack the SOB with a BFH. 1-1/16" socket on top w/ scrap lumber block below and 2lb sledge. Washer ends up slightly cupped from doing it this way so I flipped it before re-install. If the cupping bothers you, just use said BFH and whack it flat again.

I don't have nor care about swivelling, but I would think that a simple nylon washer from yer neighborhood homeless depot both above and below D-ring strap should allow for swivel. Since these aren't torqued to crazy specs it should allow for tightness (no rattle) yet still be movable.
