    Hey everyone,

I've been looking into buying some beadlocks and I really like the KMC222 Enduro wheels. Does anyone here have any experience with these wheels? Any suggestions/recommendations??

I do, they were my last set of wheels. They are only in 17 x 8.5 4.75 BS with 0 offset. you will need to run a small spacer to clear your caliper up front.

CAUTION: they are not DOT approved wheels and 90% of chain tire shops will not touch them, not even check tire pressure for liability reasons.

That being said I love my bead locks. great choice. They are stout wheels for a weekend warrior.

Dont go with too large of a spacer you will have to trim your wheel wells if you do an inch spacer. maybe even lift. I did that as my first mod and had to lift and got fiberglass. to have them clear and they still rubbed on my pinch weld.

If you stay with a 1/4" spacer you should be fine just be mindful that you will have less thread engagement on your lugs and dont beat on it too hard as you might have your studs fail.

These were towards the top of my list for beadlocks as well for a while, especially cus of the price. I wanted the 17". I still wouldn't mind running them, however I have heard a lot of stories of them not holding air and it seeping out of the 2nd hole in them for the extra valve stem.

FilthyMotorsports will build you some enduro's though to whatever specs you need and can rid of that 2nd hole. A little more pricy though.

I think you can get some 17's from 4wheelonline for under a grand shipped right now. If yo do go that route, be aware of their shipping policies. A lot of negative reviews b/c people don't realize they are required for confirmation signature upon delivery.

I had no probem with the tube valve stem. I did however have them leak cause the valve stems where installed incorrectly and they cut. but that wasnt the whees fault.

On my second set of beadlocks Method desert truck beadlocks. they leaked out of the tube valvestem. we put thread tape on it and they now all hold air

I stand corrected on wheel size that must be a new option... I could only find 17's when i bought them 2 years ago.

If you check my build thread I have my new wheels with 35"s. its going to look very similar except youll be a bit more narrow up front. Its gonna look sick! I went with Mickey Thompson baja claw TTCs might go with the just the Claw MTs next time.
