    A little while back, I asked for TW's help in voting for a dog named Slugger, to be Arizonas Dog of the year. He didnt win the votes, but he made the "Top 10". Little did we know, there was gonna be a run-off for the top 10 dogs! Well.....Today was the day. Slugger got up, and jumped in a mud hole first thing this morning. Kate (Sluggers Mom) didnt have time to wash him before the deadline to have him at the event. So.....She entered him "As-Is".

    HE WON! :eek:


    No shit!!! Mud Dog won Arizonas Dog of the Year!!!!!! For that, he got a bath and a new Air Freshener!!! thanks again for all the help you guys!!!

    Congrats Slugger! Best dog I've ever had is a rescue. Got our Weim, Rusty, he was skin and bones and covered in fleas and ticks. We originally were just fostering him, but couldn't let him go since he turned out to be the most awesome dog ever :D Have since fostered many more dogs similar to that, and it is a great experience :)

    Im not entirley sure. We think he and his sister (Emmi) were abused, and abandoned. Emmi, was in such bad shape, that she couldnt walk. This is her video:
