This lid I've had about 3 years. It's an extremely optioned lid that costs almost $2000 new. Lid has carpeted underside, upgraded brackets that slide into the bed rails, lights underneath. It is factory painted in silver mica and it's currently on my 06 double cab short bed. It has a few scratches on it but no cracks and was waxed every time the truck was waxed. It's been a great lid, only selling for a camper shell. Any questions please ask. Asking $650obo. Prefer local sale, this would be really expensive to ship. Call or text Justin 562-328-5498

I have had a Gaylord on my 03 Lightning for 9 1/2 years.
They make a quality unit and the hinge/support system is great.
Best of luck with the sale.

I've had them on all my trucks. They are by far the best. The hinge systems are great. Thanks

SoCal is a big place... are we talking San Diego, OC, or LA (I'm assuming not the IE from the pictures and the blue sky).

Also, is that a short bed or a standard?

Anybody seen this seller? I bought this from him, left him some Pam's and an email. Have not heard from him?

Yes along time ago. Seller and I did the deal when he got here he said that he forgot a bracket was broken but Gaylord's was shipping it to him, so I gave a USPS priority box with address filled out on it and a delivery confirmation card as well so it would be easy on him. At least a month later and I had to go to Gaylord's and handle what the seller said he would handle. I tried contacting him many times, took a while to get back to me, which is fine but after a few excuses or reasons I felt disrespected. Contacted him one last time yesterday. I have emails between us and I'm sure this seller does too as he mentioned to me that he was offended by my last email and said he was going to turn all emails over to a mod.

Good guy, just not following through with his own offered words. After awhile anybody would get frustrated. Maybe it's my fault for not turning him away when I realized that the front rubber seal was worn and history and rusted out at the bead lock, gave me a 50 dollar deduction on his own not my asking. Cost me 100.00 to get a new one at Gaylord's.

One of the latches was bent up but kind of worked, I overlooked that, 1 of the receivers that accepts the latch was out right broken in half, seller forgot to tell me or advertise that in his ad. I took it any way because seller said Gaylord's was sending him a new one.

I went to Gaylord's as I got tired of waiting to use a cover on my truck that would not latch, so when it was said and done i have a bill for 160.00 dollars to Gaylord's as it had some latch issues and had to have new ones retrofitted onto it.

Seller also told me that he stopped by Gaylord's and they were out of them? Why would you go there when they were supposedly sending up you one in the mail? They are not out of them as this is what they do and I managed to get 2 installed and 2 spares just in case.

Not a big deal, but principal! At the end of the day, we are only as good as our word, and to have negative energy following us is a waste.

Next time ill ask more questions before making a purchase.
Next time ill shop the seller and not the product

    Thanks Chris
