I hate to do it but I've got to cut some costs somewhere. Picked this up yesterday. 99 Limited 4Runner 4wd with rear locker. Bought it from the second owner. It has 174,000 on it but drives great. I can't wait to start modding. Pulled it home 175 miles with the Tacoma and it did pretty well it was all interstate and only the big hills pulled me down to about 65. Sucked down a lot of gas though. The Tacoma will be up for sale soon.

That 4R looks pretty clean! Congrats! Too bad the Taco has to go, though. It's bringing home its replacement. :(

Very clean, looks great! But I don't understand why you're trying to cut costs and you're already planning on modding?

+1. If you're worried about costs, just drive the thing and keep it clean and in good mechanical condition. Mods can always come later.

I can sell the Tacoma and pocket 10k over what I bought the 4Runner for. I'm not going to crazy with mods. Looking at OME 1 1/2" F/ 2" Rear lift and then maybe some 5th Gen 4Runner wheels or Sequoia 17" Hyper Silvers (if I can find them), and some more aggressive tires. I would love to take the wheels and tires off my Tacoma and put on it but I think the Taco would sell better with them on it.
