Yes, they'll fit and will not cause any strain on the electrical system. They seem like a no-name brand though. Just so you know, there are much better options out there...

Ok that's what I thought but I didn't want to end up doing anything I'd regret, haha. Yeah I'm sure that there are tons of better ones out there, but I don't want to spend any extra money right now because I'm saving for a brush guard and other non-car-related stuff. Thanks.

So why these bulbs vs. any other name brand bulb that you can pick up at autozone or advanced auto? The name brand bulb will have a longer life span and likely be brighter. The tint that's applied to the bulbs is just like tinting your windows, it blocks light meaning that's less light being put on the road.

Because the cheapest Xenon bulbs I could find at Walmart were $40 for a pair. Yeah they're probably brighter and will last longer, but are they worth over three times as much? Like I said, money's tight right now with gas being so expensive and not to mention the other stuff that I'd like to put on my truck.

By the way - those aren't xenon bulbs.
    Xenon is HID
Those are just a blue tinted halogen bulb running at the same wattage as your stock headlights. They won't be any brighter

^^This. Read the Ebay listing, they call it Xenon and HID 'LOOK' bulbs.

Slyvania bulbs at autozone are only like $10. They aren't tinted blue so you don't get that extreme white look, but their lifespan is much longer than those extreme white or extreme white bulbs and they also aren't tinted so they put all the light that they put out onto the road in front of you. Not trying to knock your purchase but if money truely is tight, I was just trying to make you aware of more cost effective options for your headlights.

Ok thanks guys. I didn't realize that until now. Well I guess I'll install them and see how well they work. The reason I bought the instead of something else was because I have Sylvania halogens in there and burnt one out the other day do I'd thought I'd see what it would cost me to get xenon ones. Once I get some more cash flowing in I'll probably get some name brand xenon bulbs from somewhere. Thanks again.

GE "high output" is what I used to buy for my old truck before I did a full headlight upgrade. I think they are called "Nighthawk" now. At the time, it was 18 bucks for a pair at Walmart. HUGE difference. The old truck took a sealed beam light, not just a bulb, so not quite the same thing, but the price is right on the GE bulbs, and the reviews are still good.

I had Sylvania Xtravisions prior to the GEs.....they were dim junk in comparison. When I worked at Kragen, the Sylvania Silverstars were 50 bucks a pair and they came back all the time, usually didn't even last six months.

The best bang for your buck is going to be a HID Conversion Kit (a REAL xenon setup)

I guess we could do that.....but the OP seems to be looking at spending $20-30 on this soooooooo......can you even get an illegal piece of crap conversion kit for under $100? There is bang for the buck, then there's the cheapest improvement possible....:)

I could probably name atleast 50 companies that sell HID kits for WAY less than $100
Great quality, lifetime warranty, and not anywhere close to pieces of crap

So much misinformation in this thread. First, a halogen bulb can be Xenon gas filled. But those bulbs still have a tungsten filament, encapsulated in xenon gas. A tad brighter than halogen. Second, a xenon gas fired (HID) bulb uses the ignited gas as a light source, way brighter. Third, you CAN NOT DO A RETRO-FIT HID CONVERSION for anywhere near $100.00. Yes, one can throw some shitty bulbs into a fixture (stock housings) that WASN'T designed for them, but that usually results in less throw/output, and blinding oncoming drivers, as any HID does not use a reflector. OP, save your money, those bulbs will not be as bright as stock.

    Sure you can.
    But yes, this is true.
Plug-in HID burners are illegal and dangerous.
Not true. There is a reflector behind the projector lens.
    Right on the money there.

And again, I'm not talking about throwing bulbs in, (on your "sure you can" quote) show me some real projectors for less than $100.00 bucks, not any Gen3 crap.

    Of course not.
Cheapest projector kit is going to be around $300.

But the guy referencing the $100 kits was talking about the plug-and-pray abortions.

"If" you'd read my post, I stated retro-fit conversion, not PNP.

No, it's not... best bang for your buck will be high quality halogens that actually improve the lighting, not a PNP HID kit.
