Or, it could be your windshied seal. A kazoo noise is how most describe it.

Kids or wife in the seat next to you, or in the back seat telling you to slow down.

I signed up to the forum just to thank someone for his solution to this problem. I have a 2005 4 door tacoma and this noise has been driving me nuts for years. I only hear it above 100kms.hr and only if the wind is in a certain direction. I thought is was the roof rack but that was not the case. Someone on one of these threads suggested using spline? i think is it called. It is the thin rubber tubing that holds in the screen on your front door. I went to a local hardware store and purchased some for 75 cents and pushed it into the groove on the top of the windshield. I haven't heard the sound since and its been 2 months. The color was black so it even matched the rubber trim around the windshield. I have been driving around for years with that annoying sound and it is solved with 75 cents and 2 minutes of effort.

OP: Take a video of the noise and post it here. I'm sure that we can get more of an idea then just the brief description you gave us.

I find that there is a bit of noise at that speed when the back windows are opened. Once I close them it goes away. Stupid wind noise.
