Hey ya'll! well, i've been looking for a while so I can get some ideas for my rear plate bumper!

I've seen a lot of pictures inside the build's threads, buuut there is not a general thread where everyone can show their work, ideas, etc!!!

    With nothing more to say...

    Show them!!!

    ------------
    EDIT:
Well, nobody seems to show off their bumpers… What I’m going to do, if it is ok with the owners, is to put some pictures of the rear plate bumpers I liked the most, with the link to their original post…

I'll keep adding more as I find them!

I don't have a rear plate bumper yet, but my front bumper came with cup holders stock.

i think tire is a 2nd gen bumper thread. but it just shows the bumper. and mostly front bumpers. i hope i can get one about this time next year. i know i want tire swing, that holds tire, 2 jerry cans, and hi-lift. could put it on the roof rack i’m going to make or have made. but want to keep it down low.

It made swapping out the OEM springs for Dakars much simpler.

All Pro with a simple home built tire carrier. Tire is secured with a Y-handle and a plate on a threaded rod mounted in the bed.

Nice thread! Some fine bumpers indeed.

I am thinking high clearance rear bumper, and then you really need to move the spare tire from under the truck to take advantage of the new clearance. This means some kind of swing out spare mount or bed mounted spare. But I want to used my truck for hauling stuff often so this means the swing out or ?????

With wrap-around high-clearance rear bumpers, do any of them allow use of stock mud-flaps? Any mud-flaps?

Also, after you cut off the lower portion of your bed side for the bumper, how do you trim the cut edge so it looks good? With door edge guard material or ?
