I'm wondering if this HID setup has a Hi/Lo harness. The seller said "They have a separate bulb for the highs so no worrying not passing inspections." It was from a 2nd gen if that makes a difference.

Looks like you do have hi/lo. Theres two power wires from the bulb to the ballast, and two smaller wires that control the hi/lo from the three prong plug that connects to your stock headlight plugs. Usually there is a relay box that gets power from the battery, but it looks like these take power from the stock headlight plugs. Maybe someone will verify what I said.

I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
Those are Hi/lo bulbs but the hi's are halogen and the lows are HID. they are really cheap setups and unless your getting them for 20 bucks or less don't buy them.

Thanks, I'll have to look into that.

Got them for $20. I'm just looking to use the ballasts and harness. Not worried about the bulbs. Thanks.

Hmm, I'll have to look into the battery relay. Thanks.

2nd gen truck has positive switched headlights, first gen truck has ground switched headlights. I would think that would cause a problem if you used the wrong harness for your generation of truck.
