I am a college student. And I have a 5-7 page research paper due on Thursday. I find myself saying hmmm, let me just check out Tacoma World for a few minutes and then I'll get started...:D Unfortunately or fortunately depending on the way you look at it I guess, this prevents me from getting anymore of said paper completed. Page 1 is done and has been for two weeks but the rest of it not so much. I have to write a Literary Criticism on Ernest Hemingway's short story "Hills Like White Elephants". I would rather eat glass than do this but I will at some point have to accomplish this task between now and thursday.

But the real point of this thread is that in the midst of my procrastination a lightning bolt of genius struck me! What if I create a specific thread to talk about procrastination, that I can update while I am in the process of procrastinating! I now have a specific reason to keep procrastinating for a little while longer. Maybe some of the guys and gals that are also members of the Procrastination League could share the things they are currently not doing.

So how bout it? What things are you not getting done right now while we commune over this therapeutical forum session? Homework, projects around the house, truck mods, burying that dead hooker you murdered, etc?

As I sit in Afghanistan and type this there are several things I probably "should" be doing. I have an old UPS that I need to send out to get repaired...it is just staring at me. And I have an ATV that I need to go get a better battery mount for. But I sit here and type this regardless, and I know that I will get to it here sometime soon....
