Not tryin to be a dick about it but isn't it an implied thing whether or not specifically stated that local sales rule? Seems to be the norm in FS on all forums. I've missed out on many things due to local sale prevailing. Didn't see dibs called on it either, hence my inquiry about it to the seller.

 

I have since changed the first post to show that local comes first.....I always assumed, you know what that gets, that everyone thought the same way as I do on that. I've lost some things over the years to the same type of situation. I should have made it more clear. Considering I only sell things once every 4 years I hope you'll forgive me.
